Planning & Coordination



  • Provide 1 main wedding coordinator and one additional team member

  • Based on guest head count (less than 200)

  • Create day of event timeline

  • 1 telephone conference to go over timeline (do not exceed 2 hours)

  • 1 meeting to finalize execution plan (do not exceed 2 hours)

  • Guide and assist client with wedding rehearsal (do not exceed 3 hours)

  • 1 site visit (do not exceed 2 hours)

  • Usher guest to their assigned tables

  • Attend site survey with client

  • Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception

  • Run the timeline and assist bride with all tasks during ceremony and reception such as changing outfits, pack all personal belongings at the end of event etc

  • Coordinate with vendors to execute all details

  • Organize payments of all vendors

  • Create checklist

  • Work with client on the design of the entire event

  • Work with vendors to minimize stress and maximize fun time

Add on:

  • Additional coordinator - $250 (required for more than 200 guests)

  • Additional site visit - $75 (each visit)

  • Printing escort cards - $75 (less than 100)

Day-Of Service (24 hours) – $1800

Full Planning Service (Unlimited service hours) – $4,500

Let us work our magic into every detail of your event through our full planning service! Our creative team will find a venue, select vendors, arrange tastings, create timelines, and assist with other all-important details while you remain stress-free and relaxed. Our unlimited service hours will ensure that our team can provide you with ultimate care in a detailed and professional service.



  • Assist client to search for the perfect venue for luncheon

  • Go with client to all food tasting and give client professional inputs in assisting to select the best options

  • Meeting with clients (unlimited) to gather ideas and things are personal to the client to build a wedding theme

  • Assisting clients in choosing the best fit vendors for clients base on the theme

  • Create budget sheet and update it accordingly
    - Update at least once a month

  • Create task list
    - Deadlines to assist client to plan the best and most organize event

  • Meet with the parents to understand the families’ background. Use professional expertise to help the family organize the morning ceremony if any

  • Assist client in researching the right look for wedding ceremony and wedding reception

  • Help with planning bridal shower/ bachelor and bachelorette parties if any

  • Create timeline for the wedding day per clients approval

  • Organize all rentals including but not limited to limo, arches, dresses, suits, etc

  • Get to know bridal party and guide them with professional expertise

  • Coordinate the wedding day timeline with all vendors

  • Assisting client with sending out invitations

  • Create a tracking system and track all responses

  • Convert responses to guests list

  • Assist client to convert guests list

  • Provide 4 coordinators on wedding day

  • Coordinate the wedding ceremony and reception

  • Run the timeline and assist bride with al task during reception such as changing outfits, pack all personal belongings and the end of event, etc

  • Assist client in choosing music (during cocktail hour, first dance, grand entrance, etc.)

  • Unlimited phone call, text messaging, and email, with clients only

  • Give client all referral discounts received from vendors if any

  • All referral fees from other suggested vendors towards clients
